About Emily:
Emily is passionate about teaching and connecting to middle school, high school, and college students.
She has taught high school English, study and organizational skills, college writing workshops, and ESL
courses in the states and abroad. With a Masters degree in English and Education, Emily has an avid interest
in inspiring students to engage in literary analysis and critical thinking skills. Emily loves tutoring because
she is able to form strong connections with her students and can tailor her tutoring sessions to meet each
individual's needs. Emily has been teaching and tutoring for the past nine years.
